Services Overview
Solid Ground provides web design, website support plans, and related services to businesses and nonprofits in Western South Dakota. Custom services may be scoped upon consultation.
Payment Terms
Web design projects are invoiced in stages. Final payment is due prior to site launch unless otherwise arranged. Monthly support plans are billed in advance.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. For recurring support plans, cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and written content provided as part of a project remain the property of Solid Ground until full payment is received. Client-provided materials remain the client’s property.
User Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, text content, and necessary materials. Delays in content delivery may affect project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party plugins, outages, hosting errors, or client-modified site elements.
Hosting & Domains
Clients may choose self-managed domain and hosting services or use Solid Ground-managed services. Details are outlined in our Services and FAQ pages.
Support Limitations
Ongoing edits, plugin updates, and restores are only included in support plans. Hosting-only clients are responsible for their own site maintenance unless otherwise contracted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted to this page with the effective date noted above.
